In our 20 years in business in construction, renovation and general contracting on the East End of Long Island, virtually all of our projects have come from referrals and repeat customers— homeowners, investors and architects.That’s because we have a keen understanding of what needs to be done to take a plan from the design stage through the last detail of the construction process for residential and commercial properties. Working in both Southampton and East Hampton, our trade specialists and subcontractors are up to the minute on the ever-changing building codes in both towns. With years of experience and success, we know how to plan a project to the letter, keeping the milestones on schedule and the budget on track.
As you’ll see, our projects include every style of architecture—from ultra modern to traditional to historical—and range in scope from a comprehensive renovation of a 4,000-plus sf property in North Haven to a new construction state-of-the-art home in Noyac to restoration of some of Sag Harbor’s most prized historic homes.
